Our services include the wholesale of textile products as listed in our online catalog. All products, quantities, and specifications are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

Orders are created through our website interface. All items, quantities, and net prices are clearly shown prior to order confirmation. Order confirmation is subject to product availability and credit approval.

All prices displayed are net prices (exclusive of VAT). VAT and delivery costs will be added as applicable and clearly disclosed before final order confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery timelines, logistics arrangements, and return terms will be disclosed for each specific order. Return policies may vary by product type and order size.

All products are subject to statutory warranty rights as applicable under Polish and EU law. Any additional warranties or quality guarantees will be described on individual product pages or order confirmations.

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages to the extent permitted by applicable law.
